Chaiyu 城市部落

It is so depressed that recently got lots of claims regarding our quality of our Bio-Tech products. I have nice customers in USA and Europe and they provide me lots of information on our quality problems. However, our R&D and production colleagues always thinking our own product good. They are too proud to see their limitation. I believe most of Taiwan Bio-Tech. companies facing the same problem. It is sad to see it in Taiwan especially while Taiwan is developing/taking off its Bio-Tech industry.
